These terms apply when you order from VAYN. They're written to be read.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order — two people reaching the last one at once, for instance — we'll tell you and refund in full.
Prices and availability shown on the site can change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. The price you were charged is the price on your confirmation.
Payment
Cash on delivery and bank transfer are accepted where offered at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer ship once the transfer clears.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are working days from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and tagged, as set out on the Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Product representation
We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and colour reproduction is imperfect. A slight difference in tone is not a fault. Measurements on the size guide carry a tolerance of 1–2cm, which is normal for cut-and-sewn garments.
Intellectual property
The VAYN name, mark, photography and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
We don't limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
