Privacy.
A plain account of what this site collects and why. No dark patterns, no data sold to anyone.
What we collect
- Order details
- Name, email, phone and delivery address — the minimum needed to take payment and get a parcel to you.
- Account details
- If you create an account, your email and a hashed password. We never store the password itself and cannot read it.
- Your bag and wishlist
- The bag is kept against an anonymous cookie so it survives a refresh. The wishlist is stored in your own browser and never leaves it unless you sign in.
- Usage
- Which products are viewed and what is searched for, tied to an anonymous session identifier rather than to you. It tells us which pieces to make more of.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your details to anyone. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We don't email you unless you asked us to.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Everything else — analytics, abandoned bags — is kept only while it is useful and removed after that.
Your rights
Write to studio@vayn.com and we will send you a copy of everything held about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. Deleting an account does not remove completed order records, which we are obliged to keep.
Cookies
- Essential only
- A bag identifier and, if you sign in, a session token. Both are httpOnly and same-site. There are no advertising or profiling cookies on this site, which is why you aren't being asked to accept any.
